About
I like the point where a CAD model becomes a thing on the bench that has to survive real friction, real batteries and real wiring. I came up through a BTEC in electrical and electronic engineering, then a mechanical engineering degree, and now an MSc in mechatronics, so I am comfortable on both sides of the connector.
I back design decisions with ANSYS structural analysis and MATLAB modelling rather than judgement alone. In summer 2026 I was a design engineering intern through the DMU Graduate Champions scheme, designing robots in FreeCAD, and I was part of EcoSynergy, the team that took first place at the ESBF Engineers in Business Hackathon hosted by DMU in 2025, where I delivered our pitch to the judging panel.

Outside engineering I played indoor football for DMU, which is where I learned that a good plan survives about four seconds of contact with the opposition. I was also Treasurer of the DMU Anime Society.

Looking for graduate roles in mechanical design, robotics and automation. Right to work in the UK and EU.
